here i am and I'll take my time...

...i believe i'm changing the name of my blog. thank you coldplay. and pandora. i really love pandora. mostly i listen to the yellow radio :) it's very nice. my ipod died about five months ago and I still haven't charged it and my laptop freaks out whenever i open my itunes, so i've been music deprived for quite a while now. but now i'm nice and hooked to pandora. and i love it! i love how it tells you the history of the band or musician and it has the lyrics and is simply wonderful. i also listen to the journey station. and the iron and wine station. and the snow patrol station. and the counting crows station.

today has been so relaxed. i think it's mostly because i've got everything done that i needed to and now i have nothing tying me down to a deadline. it's a good feeling.

my camera is broken again. it worked for like a day and then...nothing. it's lame. if anyone wants to donate me a beautiful camera, then they can.

my dad went in for his third brain surgery on thursday. it took 10 hours and he still has to go back in on tuesday to get the rest of the tumor removed. but he's doing really good and so i have a good feeling about it.

I just quit my job. it was hard but also easy. like i will miss some people and i'll miss the money but i won't miss the late hours or the dishes. maybe i'll find an easy job that closes earlier. that would be super.

a certain person started talking to me. like nothing has happened in the past 6 months of him not talking to me. player.

i had to work yesterday, so i missed the football game, but no need to worry. braves won 17 to 6 or something close to that. good job boys. i'm excited to go to all the other games :) especially homecoming.

i'm taking the act this saturday. wish me luck.

i'm debating whether or not to cut my bangs. i think i'm going to let them go a little longer, because they have been pretty well behaved so far, despite their length.

after over two weeks, my skin is almost all back to normal after being super sunburned. i think sunburns are the thing i hate the most. maybe worse than things in eyes and under fingernails.

in two weeks from today we are going to be celebrating my grandmas 70th birthday, even though her birthday is not until november. i guess september was just more convenient? in any case, i really can't wait. family from all over the country will be flying in to party with us. yay!

as of yesterday, i will be 18 in two months. ah! i'm not ready to start my life yet!

i think we're going to disneyland again for the orchestra trip. i am beyond happy about this.
